He found the issue called for part availability. Luckily the part was in stock. This was a 30 year old washing machine. The Tech came back 2 days later replaced the part and everything was good. They were able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The tech came out diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and came back within a week to complete the repair. They did the work neatly, quickly and in a Covid friendly manner. They will be our new go to repair people."
